Environment North Carolina Staff

David Rogers recently joined Environment North Carolina as its Field Director.  Prior to that, he served as the Assistant National Canvass Director for the Fund for the Public Interest, the organization Environment North Carolina partners with to conduct its citizen outreach efforts.  Based in Chapel Hill, he coordinated canvass outreach for Environment North Carolina and the 28 other members of the Environment America federation.  He joined the Fund for the Public Interest in 2001 in Eugene, Oregon and has worked on campaigns throughout the Southeast and the West. In 2008, he directed the Community Voters Project, a national, non-partisan effort to register over 300,000 minority citizens across the country.
