Free activist workshop

Environment North Carolina, in conjunction with the Public Interest Network, is organizing a Free Activist Workshop in Chapel Hill at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14. Show up ready for action. We will spend the day moving between large group overviews and small groups to give people an opportunity to learn and internalize skills. 



We will focus on the skills necessary to helping passionate activists approach a wide range of issues.

8:30 - 8:55 Small Groups: Volunteer Outreach 



8:55 - 9:00 Wrap-up

The trainers will be experienced staff from Environment North Carolina and the Public Interest Network. It's a chance to meet some of the people behind the e-mails. This event is open to the public, so feel free to spread the word to other activists.
