Summer Jobs & Internships

North Carolina has a lot at stake when it comes to global warming.  Sea level rise, more drought--punctuated by more heavy rains and flooding, and more air pollution are just a few of the effects scientists predict warmer temperatures will bring.

The good news is that if we act now and act decisively we can stop the worst impacts of global warming.  That's why this summer, Environment North Carolina is pushing the Clean Cars Act, which will dramatically cut global warming pollution from new cars, and help North Carolina bend the curve on greenhouse gas emissions that will otherwise keep going up and up.

By joining the growing number of states that have already passed their own Clean Cars laws, North Carolina can also help the United States be a leader on global warming solutions--not  global warming skepticism.

Internships
